"I am the neighbor of Mr. Ryerson, your client. I am dropping you this note to let you know what a gem you have in you nanny, Tammy, his caregiver. She is energetic, creative in dispensing care to him and treats him as a respected employer and friend, not just as a job. She is also intelligent and positive and is a true professional - of course, as a neighbor; I am delighted to have such a bright and fun woman living next door! Tammy has no idea that I am writing to you, but I had to let you know how truly wonderful she is in providing care for Mr. Ryerson."

"I am writing you today to express my heartfelt appreciation for the generous assistance recently provided to an Alzheimer's family in the Central Florida area...….I was so pleased when Sydney was able to arrange care from Granny NANNIES for this family to cover those unsupervised hours until the wife could return home. This time period has enabled the wife to explore care giving plans and needs for the future. Thank you so much…..please let Sydney know of our deep appreciation for all her efforts in arranging this care." These words thank us on behalf of a formerly stressed caregiver wife who works full-time to support herself and her husband, while tending to his increasing needs as an Alzheimer's patient. Due to her work schedule, she was forced to leave him alone for four hours a day - until Granny NANNIES stepped in.

"Vinetta provided home healthcare services for my mother for almost three years….she was always conscientious, caring, professional and reliable. I never was concerned about my mother's well-being when Vinetta was present. She made a special effort to get to know my mother so that she could fully understand her needs. Her warmth and humor brightened my mother's days. As my mother's condition changed, Vinetta kept me informed so that I could make appropriate decisions regarding my mother's medical care and living arrangements. Vinetta's competency as a healthcare aide makes her an ideal candidate for caring for the elderly."

And from Robert G's three-page letter commending the hurricane heroism of caregiver Catherine from the Melbourne FL office…..
"Cathy has been providing care for Miss Berger for almost two years….I want to relay to you the events that transpired during Hurricane Francis that would make her, in my opinion, eligible for the highest award you can provide to her for exceptional service as a caregiver."
Miss Berger took a spill on September 2nd and was taken to the hospital, but did not meet the criteria for admission. Cathy came to the hospital and went into action. With a hurricane approaching and the registration period for special needs shelters expired, she persuaded shelter staff to take in her patient. Since there was no transportation, Cathy took Miss Berger to the shelter herself and set about to retrieve the medicine, clothing and food items Miss Berger would need.
"During the next hectic 8 hours, Cathy fought traffic, gas lines, and lines in food stores to… bring all the items Miss Berger needed to weather the storm." With no power after the storm, Miss Berger and the others were relocated to another shelter, at the same time as she was running low on medication. Robert, who is responsible for Miss Berger's care and lives in New England, phoned Cathy at Miss Berger's apartment to deliver the news. Cathy responded, "Not to fear, I will find out where the shelter is and get the medicine to her." In the horrible hurricane aftermath, "Cathy persisted and got the medication to Miss Berger….it had taken Cathy 8 hours for a 45 minute round trip."
"…without Cathy I don't know what I would have done. She made what could have been a life and death situation, that I would have been helpless to prevent, so manageable for me that I feel she brought credit to herself and Granny NANNIES. It is employees like her and the managers and employees of you Melbourne office that would make me recommend your company to anybody who asks for caregiver service in all of Florida."
